This is the first time he met Sawaii after 2 and half years she left Konoha. He asked her opinion upon seeing him in his new look. Within 2 and half years, Seimei worked hard on developing his jutsu, training animals for mission, and also studying Konoha's history and past events while investigating. He is one of Konoha's intelligence and his knowledge probably at Sakura's level but smarter against Sakura. He can work easily around Jounin right now and prefer to work with Shikamaru more. However, he is loyal to his team and the best captain chosen by Yoruha. He leads his team better now compared to when he was a genin in team 15.
